    Le cOcOn du Matelot is an old fisherman house (70m2) restored with passion to keep its soul, bringing at the same time comfort, character and modernity.

    Our wish, guests feel always at home !

    Le cOcOn du Matelot is ideally located in a quiet place, but near the beaches and shops (2 min by foot from the first beach and 5 min from Saint Briac sur Mer center).

    Saint-Briac sur Mer is located on the beautiful Emerald Coast with its numerous beaches and seaside resorts. The Cap Fréhel as one of the most beautiful natural place in Brittany, the old city of Saint Malo, the mediaval city of Dinan, the oisters of Cancale and Le Mont Saint Michel. From where are you going to start ?

    Upstairs, two beautiful rooms (180cm and 140cm beds), with exposed beams and pretty colors Farrow&ball, independant toilets, and a beautiful cupboard with oak doors. An old staircase allows access upstair.

    On the ground floor, a big kitchen in 30’s style with big oven, extractor hood, induction hobs, refrigerator, Nespresso machine ( 10 capsules provided ). A large living room with a mural TV in lounge area and a dining area and patinea aspect to furnitures bought in flea market.
    The large bathroom include an Italian shower, a bath, independant toilets. You will have acces to washing and drying machine and two towel-dryers.

    You could enjoy the cozy garden with its terrace, the garden lounge and the Weber barbecue.
